HVPL AGM 19th Aug 7.30pm.
Location: upper room at the Stumble.
Anyone wishing to submit proposals should do so on or before 19th July. Submissions should be in writing to the Secretary and signed by the proposer and a seconder. This is a chance to propose new rules, rule changes and the like. Each team is allowed one representative vote. Let your opinions be heard! Thank you.

all teams please try and send a representative it will only be about 30 minutes
